Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods (for multi-parcel orders: of the last item).

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us — Abdihakin Omar Mohamed; business address as published in the Impressum, email support@novaora.de, phone +49 178 4270085 — by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery, nor to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
