Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery times vary by destination, product and fulfillment location. The estimated delivery information and available shipping options are shown at checkout where available.
• You receive a confirmation email when you order and a shipping notification with tracking (where available) when your parcel leaves the warehouse.
• Exact shipping costs and available methods are calculated at Shopify checkout based on your address.
• Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels — you never pay extra for split deliveries.
• Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply to international orders depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient unless collected at checkout.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at support@novaora.de with your order number. We investigate with the carrier and, where the parcel is lost, resend or refund.
